The first step is always understanding the process: who does what, where time is lost, which data is needed. Only then do I choose how to build it, with a prototype you can try before investing in full development.

At Altura Vela I connected bookings, fleet, members, contracts and payments in the management system. For Fix and Sail I developed a platform that organises boats, accessories, documents and deadlines. The case studies show the initial problem and my contribution to the development.

Case histories

Altura Vela→

Altura Vela is a sailing school in Rome. A redesign grew into a custom management system in Nuxt 4 on REST APIs: fleet calendar, areas for members and skippers, contracts, payments and AI. The school runs three times the boats it managed by hand.

Fix and Sail→

Fix and Sail is a platform where you recreate your boat digitally, with model and accessories, to keep track of maintenance and deadlines. It was born from a private client's idea and is now in the launch phase. I develop the application in Nuxt.js on Strapi REST APIs, from Figma to a catalogue with AI recognition of parts from a photo.
